Initial contact with New York office was awful. Joey from ur Vegas office was recommended by a friend who used u guys b4. Even tho it cost $200 more I felt like my business was appreciated. Your sales guy in New York was excellent , Jessica in customer service hung up the phone on me when I said I wanted to cancel after telling me I wud be charged a fee she did not tell me how much. Spoke to a manager whose name escapes me , he read me the policy and ignored my complaint. Finally Luis the driver was excellent in telling me where he was and when he wud arrive , even tho he arrived next day it was ok bc I did not want to receive the vehicle at night. Traffic is a nightmare in the Bay Area he was in San Jose during commute hour then he had to go to San Ramon, believe me that takes at least 3 to 4 hours. Anyhow he was prompt the next morning at 8am. His truck was restricted from American Canyon Rd so I met him all went well. Thank u Luis. Travel safely , I still think u shud have left the Mazarhetti for lol.
