I arranged to have my car transported from Florida to Illinois. I had used Ross as my Sales Associate to set up my order. Once my order had been set up he provided me with how everything would fall into place. I was then directed to speak with Jessica. Jessica had kept me updated the entire time and never hesitated to be honest with me in reference to finding a driver, she allowed me to go along throughout my days before my car being picked up so I would know at exactly what time I needed to have everything ready. Once my driver had been assigned, she had contacted me and from then on it was smooth sailing. The driver arrived on time and delivered on time and my 2016 Ford Explorer was in pristine condition. I would highly recommend Auto Transport along with Jessica in Customer Service as she was a pleasure to speak with.
