Ross was awesome for me, my grandpas truck broke down in Tennessee and we needed to get it home. Ross helped me out and arranged for it to be picked up i was very sceptical about doing it and probably a pain in ross's ass with the amount of calls i gave lok. The truck was delivered without fail but the driver that brought my truck must have been new or just a complete dumbass. I would use them again if needed but i would hope the driver dispatched has common sense
