My experience with the personnel was excellent, Brian, Casey, etc.Car was picked up two days later than the agreed date due to heavy loads at this time of year. I was able to keep in touch via phone throughout the process though. The battery arrived dead at the destination. the driver helped charge it and drive it into the driveway.We tipped him for his effort in getting the job done.
