Kacey was perfect and was very committed to providing me with the best overall service. Although she had nothing to do with the pricing I did have to pay more than the quote and was not thrilled. Again this was not Kacey's fault. I was told at the start of the process that I would not pay more than the quote and that the CC would be charged once for the reg. fee and once for the delivery. upon delivery I was charged an additional 3% from the carrier.
