The order was placed with a specific pick up and delivery window. I was told they had there own trucks driving for them and could control the the dates. This was wrong and because of this I was not present for delivery of my cars. This ended up costing me money and having to accept damage to my vehicle.

Chris, I am very sorry to hear you had a scuff on your bumper. The carrier had marked on the Bill of Lading on pick-up that the scuff was there. Also, when the order was placed you were told we have a network of carriers that we work with personally.
