After reading all the online reviews about auto moving companies in general, I was very worried about having my car shipped across the country. Sales contact for autotransport was very helpful though and always available to answer my questions- even on weekends. Car was picked up by I&K transporters on the 3rd day of the pickup window (so on time), and delivered on the exact day it was scheduled (wednesday pickup in Ohio, Sunday delivery in Cal).

I didn't understand the billing schedule and this caused some confusion at time of delivery. All made sense at the end.
