Pleased with the service. Pick up and delivery were on the days noted. Local transport picked up via flatbead tow truck to deliver to larger metropolitan area where I was told it would be put onto a transport truck for the remainder of the trip. It was delivered on a transport truck to the final destination, which didn't allow for delivery on our street (dead end road). It was delivered within the neighborhood.
