My service experience was decent. The communication between myself and the driver could have been better but overall it was a professional delivery. The only thing to report is that one of the loading ramps fell out from under truck during loading and the truck dropped to the ground very hard. Everything seems to be okay but I'm going to have the suspension inspected for possible damage just in case.
