There was a bit of confusion as to my Sales Representative was Brian but somehow ended up being Joey, Joey should brush up on his customer service tone and touch. However Thanks to Eric for being patient and clear as to explaining how this actually works to someone that has never used a Transport Company before. Thanks to Stacy for her kindness accepting my many, many phones calls and walked me through the process once the Pick Up was scheduled with Brothers and to Note the Driver was wonderful. My only regret is that Brian didnt get credit for the Set Up because i had been speaking to him over months of making my decision to use your company
