During transport there were issues with the carrier (see below). Initially there were delays in reaching AT123 but when they learned of my difficulties they proactively reached out to me to ensure my satisfaction. They are also using the ticketing delays as an opportunity to improve their ticketing system. Ultimately, the car was delivered and was in good shape. AT123 worked hard to provide great service despite the erratic behavior of their carrier.

I needed to move my convertible from Connecticut to Arizona. Booking experience was good. They guaranteed top rack transport throughout transit. Upon pickup, I had to argue with the carrier (Arizona Auto Relocation LLC) to get them to put the car on the top. Eventually, they did. For drop off, the carrier called at 4:15PM to say they would be bringing the car that night but could not commit to a time frame for drop off. They called again at 8:15PM to say they still were going to drop off. Again could not commit to a time frame. At that point, we stated that we wanted drop off the next morning because we wanted to be able to inspect the car in the daylight. Their answer was that they would bring a flash light. Finally, they called again at 11:15PM to say they would not be dropping off until the next day but once again would not provide a time frame.
