The car was picked up on the first day of the window I gave. It was delivered on the estimated delivery date in very good condition. Minor concern - I was told I would receive a call 24 hours in advance and be given a 2 hour pickup window. On the pickup date the company called and did not leave a message. I had to call back to find out a driver was on his way. The lack of notice left myself and the seller of the vehicle scrambling to get the car transported. I did receive a call ahead from the driver when the car was delivered.The overall price did not change, but the deposit did - which was clearly stated in this company's contract. This concerns me only because it appears that the transport was secured at a lower price, which was not passed along to me. However, I may be wrong.
