So I've searched online and got a company called Roadrunner, I booked my transport on Friday for Sunday, by Tuesday I was not assigned a carrier and was frustrated. I received a text from Kassaundra and she asked me if I already have a transporter. Told her my situation and she promised that she would have a carrier for me with in 24-48 hours. Guess what? She did , she was not pushy or demanded me to sign up with her company. She was very understanding and wanted to help me. Sure enough everything that she promised came thru. She did that. On a scale from 1-10 and 10 being the best I give her a 12! Thank you so much Kassaundra you made my transport need so easy and fast. Auto Transport 123 give this girl a raise or a promotion already. I am very satisfied and will be using this company in the future and will refer people. Roadrunner you are a big disappointment on to the next!
