We had great service from our rep, Charles, who was able to give us a firm time window for the transportation of our two vehicles to California. We were able to reach customer service, as needed with our questions. The driver arrived as promised, was on time and courteous, and did a thorough job getting the cars loaded. They arrived in CA in great shape, and were in our driveway in no time. My brother was on the receiving end for us, and he indicated there were no hassles. Great service--and a huge relief to know the cars arrived safely!
