Broker not a Transport company

I didn't do my due diligence. They are a broker and not a transport company. Well, you could say this is puffing, but for me this is way more. Also, we agreed in writing in the contract, that I could pay per credit card and it ended up it was not true. And, this was part of the signed contract. Additionally, they said the car would be picked up at the place where it's located. The truth is, I had to drive 12 minutes to the location the transport company told me they could load the car. The driver was so friendly and drove me back home. This was due to him being friendly and not due to Auto Transport 123. Stay away from them and use a transport company. And google their name. You'll find many other remarks about them.
