Driver was great. Transport of vehicle went very smoothly and easy pick up and drop off. Communication in booking and updates from Auto Transport were poor. I had to contact them direct for updates and pick up window time was miscommunicated. I was told 9-11am, driver called at 7:15am to collect car at 8:15am.
