To Whom it May Concern-
Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and timeframes based on customers expectations - unfortunately there are some areas that fall outside of the 72 hours to dispatch, we do however have a 10 business day window from the Window Start Date on Contract. After reviewing the order, it appears that client cancelled their shipping request as of June 10th - 5 business days after the order was placed. Due to cancelling before 10 business days there is a cancellation fee. We as a company are more interested in shipping clients vehicles, than taking a processing fee from Customers. We are sorry the shipping did not work out, although we did have an option available to the customer as of the 10th in which the customer declined. Customers Credit Card was declined when Cancelling the order.
