Im the general manager at Kia West and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve shipped over the years. I always use a different company as I’ve never found one to be reliable or honest. They’re worse than car salesmen. Yet a couple months back I found Martha @AT123 and I’ve been so impressed, than I haven’t bothered to call anyone else. And I never will. Yes, it’s a bit more than others brokers initially “quote you” yet her quote never changes. Anytime I ever used these services in the past an upsell was expected OR a terrible driver w delays was lined up. Always a headache. I can tell you I’ve shipped about 15 times with NO delays headaches or upsells. Great truckers every single time. Thank you so much Martha for your honesty and always treating our customers with integrity and respect. Your customer service is outstanding. I’m a real customer and this is a real review!
