My initial contact with the company was fine they promised shipping within the week and I was told a driver was dispatched, I would receive an email with the driver's phone number and email and the deposit will now be charged to my credit card account. During that week I received a phone call with a pickup date. The date came and went with a phone call cancelling and rescheduling and $150 charged to my credit card. I received another voice message and another cancellation /rescheduled date without driver contact information. A third message was left to reschedule , I called back numerous times to no avail. Then finally a call came to me NOT with a firm pick up date but another promise of one. I stated I am frustrated and feel I was misled, I want to cancel. They apologized but said my deposit will not be credited since my vehicle pick up was dispatched, I said my car was dispatched more than three weeks ago to no avail. Bottom line, stay away from Auto Transport 123 it is a scam promising to pick up within a reasonable time only to steal your deposit, probably never dispatching and if so, not in a timely manner. I called another carrier and had my vehicle transported within two days. Auto Transport 123 is a scam stealing my deposit for services never rendered.
