Military view the BBB reviews C+ rated and so many bad reviews to count. Do not trust this company to meet your deadline. Do your research on BBB before doing anything with this company. Do not get a quote as you will lose $250. I Trusted Facebook reviews on this company and got a quote and initiated the quote. The price was the best I could find. In June told ultimate transport I was military PCSing and the last available date would be 31Jul as I had a very tight schedule and I would be out of state cross country if they didn’t meet that deadline. It’s now a day before that deadline and still nothing from them. I called Ultimate Transport 123 all week and didn’t receive one call back. This company took $250 and now says it non refundable. I had to contact another company and now they are meeting my deadline with a one day advance. I am only writing this because I learned my lesson and I don’t want other military members to fall for the same mistake I did.
