I can understand you will never please everyone. I chose this company based on the reviews because the good reviews surpass the negative reviews. Also when I talked to their representative I could understand his explanation. One more thing, I was told after the explanation "whether you go with our company or anyone else" this is the what's going to happened and that did it for me. I'm glad I ran into Sergy and Auto Transport 360. Take my word for it, use this company and leave the worrying to them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. They deserve my review.
