Hello Tim.
Im very sorry for the bad experience you had however, this review is not fair to our company because you dont explain the entire situation to the readers of the site. To be clear Tim booked on a monday and was told pickup would take 3-4 days since he was moving to North Dakota (a black out state), Tim was told we could not guarantee next day pick up but we would do our best. Needless to say, the next day Tim called and was told we were still searching for a driver but he didnt have any more time to wait because he gave the previous company 2 weeks to search for a driver. So he decided to cancel giving us only 1 day to find a driver, also, something very important for customers to know is that although tim did put a credit card on file he WAS NOT BILLED because we are an honest and DONT BILL UPFRONT we ONLY BILL once the driver is dispatched for pick up. Once again tim we do apologize but for future reference please make sure to include the entire process so customers can understand this was not our fault.
