Although this auto transport did not go as smoothly as my last experience, I would definitely recommend this company. Because we were simultaneously coordinating our ride to the airport (with cat), moving out of our apartment and meeting our movers and the car on the other end, we were on a tight schedule. The company's quote was one of the lowest but their reviews were among the best so I went with them. In addition, I was told I could put up to 150 pounds worth of stuff in the trunk. Or I thought that's what I heard. More on that later. I don't know what broker was used but they arrived about two hours later than expected for pick up so we had to leave the car with a former co-worker. While we were in flight, they left a voicemail after opening the trunk saying there would be an extra charge because it was supposed to be empty! We were never able to get the drivers on the phone (though we had two numbers for them) but we were always able to get someone from Auto Transport 4 Less, even after hours. It took many calls back and forth but in the end, AT4L took care of us, the car arrived on time, and we were only charged the original quote.
