The company was not even able to find a carrier for me. So I cancelled my order. No monies were paid by me, or needed to be refunded to me.

I have no reason to disparage the quality of service from this broker. My situation may have been unique, but I find that a little difficult to accept; particularly since another broker was able to book transport 2 days after being contacted.
