Regarding the transport of Mr. Kirin car, he made a reservation with us on 9/19, and we were able to have a driver pick up his car the very next day. Normally transport time is 7-10 day across the country. However, the truck had a breakdown in Wyoming on I-80. As it turned out a couple of parts were not in stock, and had to be shipped to the location. The driver had to wait an extra day until the truck was repaired. Mr. Kiran called frequently and we updated him throughout the entire period. With the repair completed, the driver traveled to northen California as fast as possible, making Ravi's delivery his top priority. The car was delivered safely, and the delay was a total of four(4) days. We are agents for many independant operators, maintaining a brokers license with the Dept. of Transportation. Also, we have over 1,500 registered and insured drivers for various routes current in our files.
