I would STRONGLY recommend anyone interested in moving an auto anywhere to contact Elsie at Auto Transport Connection. Her customer service and interpersonal skills are fantastic. I contacted her in an emergency situation because another transport company did not do their job (more than three weeks and my cars were still sitting in my driveway not picked up!) and my family was moving to California the coming weekend. Elsie listened to my concerns, gave me an honest assessment of the situation and told me she would do everything she could to assist me in getting my cars on their way to California as soon as possible. And that is EXACTLY what she did! She contacted a reliable vendor (driver) and literally within three days from the time I first contacted her (in a panic) my cars were on a truck heading to California. Now my family can move to California in peace. Thank you so much Elsie- you are the very best at what you do.
