We were extremely impressed with Ms. Elsie Konzelman's professionalism when my husband contacted ATC. He explained that we had been waiting for Cosmos for 2 weeks to pick up our vehicle. They had kept telling us that they were trying to find a driver. Within days, Ms. Konzelman notified us that a driver would be picking up our vehicle the next day. Blue Skies Transport of Cleveland, GA, driver was named Patrick. He had the vehicle picked up right on time and delivery was earlier than expected. Arrived in excellent condition. Cannot praise him enough. We wish so much that we had contacted ATC to begin with. Would have saved over $400 in a rental car expense.
