Elsie at ATC made trransporting a car from upstate NY to San Diego CA. a very pleasant experince after weeks of confusion. I had received many quotes, most of them higher, but did not feel comfortable with the contacts and the vague answers I was getting. When Elsie answered her phone at 6:30am( I had forgotten about the 3hr time difference) I talked with a pleasant assuring person who explained the auto transport business and she immediatly started working on gettig the car shipped with out a commitment on my part. I knew then that I finally found the person I was looking for to help me ship the car to my anxiosly awaiting navy son who was with out a car. The car was picked up within 3 days when all the others were talking a week or more and arrived in exactly one week from the east coast to the west coast from the time it was picked up. I can't begin to thank her enough for all her effort and help in solving what was becoming an uncomfortable and awkward experience. I highly recommend to any others and and especially military family that if your in need of auto transport services to do yourself the favor and give her a calll I was glad I did
