auto transport connection was awesome in every aspect of my dealings with them. elsie and andrew spent time explaining how everything worked, from fees, driver/operators, companies, transort times and schedules, options, etc. when they said they were working on finding me a carrier to meet my needs they meant it, which was difficult as i wanted an enclosed carrier and wanted it picked up asap. they were up front from the beginning about possible difficulties, time frames and costs. apparently idaho is not the premier travel route/destination at any time let alone winter. the car was purchased and ready on friday 11/25. tom havens of havens transport, truck owner/operator, picked up my car on monday 11/28 and delivered it on friday 12/2. he was in contact with me, polite, and confident. there were extreme weather conditions to contend with most of the route. upon receiving my vehicle, he had a detailed form in which all physical aspects of the car were documented at pick up from the dealership, and we gave it a thorough lookover on delivery as well. it was an overall outstanding experience from elsie and andrew at auto transport connection finding me an excellent carrier and meeting my needs. both havens transport and auto transport connection did a commendable job, start to finish.
