The company did well to contact me immediately after I had accepted their offer, however I would have liked another email with details about the driver and when he was picking up and dropping off. Instead the driver had to contact me with that info. Not a big deal but something that could be improved.

Car arrived a little dirty but that is to be expected for travelling about 1000 miles in an open transport. Overall I would recommend this company to a potential customer as I had little to no issues with my car's transportation.

I apologize if I didn't meet your expectations for not emailing you but I did make every effort to call you and let you know who your driver and carrier was with the approximate date of pickup.
