Contacted this Company to have a 1950 Oldsmobile 88 4Dr. sedan shipped from Wisc. to Ky. The unit had the engine and transmission removed and the hood assembly needed to be secured to the vehicle before loading/transport. For what ever reason this was not done and within the first leg of the trip the hood assembly including a beautiful hood ornament," World" emblem and very nice script copy were lost. This whole situation could have been avoided with a little common sense and good ole responsibility. To this date neither the Company owner or any other representative have contacted me regarding this matter. So my next step will be to contact the BBB and my lawyer. I wouldn't use this company to transport my kids bicycle across the street much less a road trip. If you decide to use them best of luck. Yes the seller shower complete lack of responsibility by not taking the proper steps to secure the hood, but he did tell the transporter it needed to be secured......

In all fairness to our company Frank this review has nothing to do with our company but has everything to do with the carrier who did not follow his instructions per our notes on our dispatch order. We specifically asked him to make sure the hood was strapped down per your request. At the end of delivery when you called me and told me the hood was missing you said everything was all good though because this carriers father deals with these cars on a daily basis and he said he would find you a replacement. I just assumed everything was take care of since I never heard another word from you until I came into the office and saw this review. Our company strives for excellence and we price ourselves in taking care of our customers and this review is definitely not a deserved review and if you read all of our other reviews in the past year you will find out otherwise.
