This my second time using this company service and third time shipping my car. I contacted Sherry 2 weeks prior to my car transport back to Nebraska from Washington. Sherry was able to get me a car carrier within a couple of days. She took the time to answer my question and was able to put my worry and stress at ease during my move.
My car carrier was NAO carrier, a company out in Spokane. The driver, Eugene was very prompt at answering my questions and communicate with me when he was planning to be in town and let me know a few hours ahead of time so that I can get out of work to pick up the car. My only problem with the carrier which I already expressed my concern with Sherry was that it took them a really long time to transport my car to Nebraska. My car was in Spokane, WA for 7 days prior to being ship over to Nebraska and it only took them 2 days for the transport. I wasn't very happy with the time frame and that my car was in Spokane the whole time. I initially thought that the weather was the reason for the long time frame.
Other than that problem,it was a pretty smooth process with the company, both carrier and the broker. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Sherry
