Sherry was helpful and urgent from the beginning. She exhibited great follow up and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The carrier that did end up being booked however was a different story. They were difficult to work with and took longer than previously stated. Sherry did follow up and check on my service and took my concerns very seriously. She listened and noted my feelings so that service could be improved and perhaps that carrier they brokered avoided in the future. Overall I was very satisfied and would use them again.
