Tristan is a great actor - he empathizes, acts like he cares about helping you get your car shipped, sends over an invoice for you to pay in advance. Anthony is not much better - he follows up and makes it seem as though the driver is going to pick up your car on a certain day.......and then NOTHING!!! The carrier agreement was a joke! No driver, no follow up, no call backs and they don't answer your calls to them. I had to get my bank to dispute their payment. I was under a lot of stress to get my car from Virginia to Arizona and they both made the situation worse. Run!! Stay away from them.
