Auto Transport Logistics picked up my car perfectly on time. That's the only good thing.
ATL never called me 24 hours ahead of time to tell me the car was on its way.
ATL never called me an hour ahead of time to tell me the car would be delivered.
I got a very angry call from the truck driver asking where I was when he arrived. I was at work on the other side of town because ATL never contacted me. I figured that the car was still in transit since I did not get the 24 hours notice.
The driver said that he contacted ATL and kept them up to date and that it was their responsibility to relay that information to me (same impression I was under.)
I had to get in a cab and ride across town at a cost of $43 in the middle of the day in order to meet the driver to get my car.
When ATL called me later to see how everything went, I told them all of the problems I had and how inconvenient it was for me. The ATL rep was not apologetic and was very, "well, these things happen, at least you got your car."
I would not recommend ATL.
