Had my car reserved with a different company. They waited until the last minute to tell me that the driver they found wanted $300 more than what was originally quoted. They pretty much left me stranded with no option. Tony happened to call me the same day this was all unfolding. He told me that his original quote, although higher than the other company was still valid. I quickly switched and was so happy I did! From the time I switched till the very end I had communication, even after they had gone home in the evening I could still reach someone! Either Tony or Bill was there to answer my questions the entire time. Tony called me the day of pick up, during the transport and even after the car was dropped off to make sure everything went well. A++ work guys! Love this company and will definitely use again.
