I first signed on with AutoStar Transport Express and they offered that my delivery request would be a simple job, but once I was listed with AutoStar Transport Express on the haul boards I not longer existed as far as customer service was concerned. I then tried eShip, slightly more professional but no movement on the car after more than a week and no indication that situation would change. I then called Auto Transport on Demand and they had an driver identified that day and my vehicle loaded within 48 hrs, at a lower fare than what eShip was charging. Potential customers should recognize that most of these vehicle "transport" companies are brokers who simply take a cut for posting your load. The flashy trucks shown on their websites are a figment of their imaginations.
