After giving Auto Transport Solutions my credit card information someone used it to buy pizza and order things on the internet. I had to cancel my only credit card just before moving to another state. ATS said that happens sometimes but they would let management know about it. That's the last I heard of it. I left my car at a friend's house for pickup but they totally missed the window of time given. They called and said they were only an hour away but ended up arriving the following day. My friend was supposed to have gone on vacation after my car was picked up so this ended up costing him a day of vacation and screwing up his family plans. ATS was very poor about communicating but after charging my credit card they were quick to point out that the contract says no refunds no matter what. Well, you can count on "no matter what" happening with them.
