I shipped a car from Lynden Washington, just south of the Canadian border to Phoenix Arizona. My timing could not have been worse, shipping a car at the same time as lots of students were shipping cars all over the country to return to school. My pickup was delayed longer than expected, and one driver cancelled at the last minute, but eventually we got it done. I think patience is required during busy season. Jane was great at staying in touch, and getting it organized. Eventually we got a driver who picked up the car. He took great care of it, and while of course it arrived with some dirt on it from the long trip, it was otherwise in excellent condition. The driver was cordial and polite. Definitely a nice guy. The logistics of coordinating all this must be a nightmare, so be reasonable and cooperative, and your needs will be met. I would definitely use them again.
