Claire gave me a quote for $650 transporting my car from CA to WY. She pretty much was being honest: 1. She said I have to put $150 for the deposit fee, but did not specifying that was the broker fee on top of the $650. I thought the deposit would be deducted from the price. After the drive picked up my car, I realized that I still needed to pay $650. I called her, and she said that I agreed on the broker fee and that she already explained to me. Bullshit, I would not agree if she say so.
2. The driver was late. That was due to that fact that Claire lied to me about the pick up day before she found a driver for me.
I would not recommend this company at all. They would seem nice first to get your order and deposit, but after that, they would not care about your at all. Plus, there are things that you would be surprised when you found out and they would lie and deny about them. Overall, they will get your car shipped, but be ready to deal with all the hassles.
