The lowballed on a quote of $750. When I called they said they had one quote of $1100 which was too much (actual going rate). I was told by Chris (the owner?) that Nikky was working a deal on $900 at the moment and would call me right back because it had to be picked up right away. I texted her and said if it was being picked up that day I was find and would do the $900. Contract was sent over and signed. No call from anyone. Next day I texted and texted then was finally told that it fell through. I said ok no worries, we can cancel the contract. I was told no I signed a contract which gave them 10 days to find a carrier. Now even though their contract say that I can cancel within 48 hour of dispatch and they do not have one, no he say's I can't. So even though his contract says my card will only be billed once my car is picked up, guess who was charged..me! Once again, he has an excuse. Long story short (because I can fill your day) 10 days later and he is telling me that he has another 10 days and keeping my money. BEWARE, there are a lot of honest brokers so go find one!
