So I get an email from them telling me the things to look out for. They say never to pay a deposit and promise to never to charge my card until my vehicle is delivered. The Contract, however, states that they will charge you a fee once your car is picked up and the rest is due upon delivery. Ok, no big deal, I can understand wanting to make sure things are legit before you haul a car across the country. Guess what? I get charged immediately and when I call and complain I get told that since it is after 48 hours there is nothing they can do about it. It has been 8 days and I don't have a pick up date yet let alone a delivery date. This company is not trust worthy in my opinion.
