Rick called me to say he had a carrier available right on the day I had asked for. When the driver arrived, he checked my car over and loaded it carefully. I was impressed because the last time it got moved the driver jumped in with dirty clothes and went zooming up the ramps.

The driver said he should be in Arizona by Saturday, but he called on Friday and asked if he could deliver it to me a day early. Rick called on Thursday to say that the driver might be early and sure enough he was.

What a smooth process. Can't say say the same for my furniture mover though.
