Never ever use them

I tried to use their service, as he promised early pick-up. Even after one month (and almost daily follow-ups) there was poor excuses, defaulted committments and lies. One fine day, they sent me the mail that they can't fulfll my order. I even offered him $100 more than he quoted to pick-up the car, but even then, they could not get my car shipped. I am not sure why.

On the other had, I ended up paying additional $1000 for my rental car. Guys, avoid them. They will never call you on their own to update you the status as well.
