This is the first time I've used a transporter. They explained the process including claims for damage if necessary . Communication was excellent throughout the move. The price was less than it would have cost for fuel if I had transported the vehicle myself. The vehicle was delivered to its destination 8 days after it was ready for pickup and 2 days after it was picked up even though a tropical storm was moving through Florida (origin) during this time. The driver was very flexible about delivery time as he actually arrived the night before it was dropped at the designated location.The vehicle arrived in the same condition it left. My order number was 82426-gv and my contact was Michelle. The overall experience was excellent.
