Horrible experience

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I had a one week window during which I needed pickup to occur. I was told repeatedly that they would have no problem making this happen, and they failed to do so. Finally several days later — after I had left the pickup point — a driver came to take my car. As a result, my mom had to take time off work to handle the pickup for me.

Also, the final price was $150 higher than originally agreed upon, but given the unreliability of Autoportation, I was willing to pay it just to get my car moving.

Furthermore, I was never told that I would be required to pay the driver in cash upon delivery. So the driver had to wait 30 minutes for me to go find a bank and withdraw the cash.

I could not be more disappointed in the quality of service, and I do not recommend them.
