A week prior to my Vehicle desired Shipping date (Monday 10JUN13), I provided a deposit. I was assured by the sales person that my desired picked up date (Monday) should not be a problem, but give him two additional days just incase they encounter delays. On 10JUN13, I contacted Autoportation because I had not heard from them, but no answer. I left over ten messages in two days. On Tuesday evening I finally got ahold of someone, "Jessica" who informed me that my vehicle is not scheduled to be picked up until the following Monday. I politely explained to her my need to have my vehicle shipped ASAP. Jessica informed me that she would have her Supervisor "Robert" call me. I never received a call back. They took my deposit, and was unable or unwilling to meet my needs with regards to pick date. On Wednesday morning I contacted this Autoportation several times, with no answer. If my Vehicle is not picked up by Friday it would cost me and substantial hardship. So I contacted another Company that was willing to meet my needs. On Wednesday afternoon, I contacted Autoportation and informed them that I am taking my business else where and would like back them to return my deposit. I was told in order to get my deposit back, I would have to talk to the owner "Evan". Evan informed me that he would not return deposit, despite his company inability to achieve my transportation needs. This company ripped me off, PLEASE DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.

Jamal, as we both know you called me back to apologize for making this review and you saw that I was telling you the truth about the process and the industry as a whole. Unfortunately what's done is done and for the integrity of the reviews, once something is posted it can't be removed. I am glad we ended on a positive note but I just wish something could be done regarding this review smh. All that being said you were a fair gentleman to speak with.
