Mary, I apologize for this issue I sincerely do but prior to dispatch I told you that we had a carrier but they would only pickup for an additional $200 and you agreed. As far as the boat is concerned, it had to be towed to a location where it could be hauled. The truck couldn't physically get to your location. Once again an upset customer is an upset owner so I wish we could've done more to help you out.
