Ron, we explicitly describe the nature of our business within our agreements which you signed. We are a broker and it is our job to assign your vehicle to a carrier. When a carrier calls us and asks for more money we can either simply tell them no and never tell you about the offer which is bad business or we can present to you their offer and give you the option to decline. Once again when Kimla presented this option to you it was something you agreed to and didn't begin to have any issues until you received the vehicle. At the end of the day our goal is to make sure your vehicle arrives safe and sound. While I do apologize for engaging in a business relationship that wasn't to your satisfaction I truly do think it's unfair for you to accept an option that we suggest and then complain excessively about our operations... To each his own and I am just happy you received your vehicle.
