Auto Star transport did a great job with assisting me in moving my 2006 honda accord across country. Mona worked with me to satisfy my price and timing. When I called auto star for a related payment question, I was immediately connected to a CSR and was easily able to assist with my request. Something things to consider when transporting:
1. With my competitive bid, my car was picked up on the FIRST available day. I expect this to be true for all competitive bids
2. Consider a covered carrier, my car was not damaged, but it was filthy on the outside and the cabin air was stale for a few days after arrival. A covered carrier might alleviate that issue
3. Customer Service makes all the difference when dealing with other aspects of a move. Just go with Auto Star and avoid other quotes, you will be satisfied and not bothered with other CSR's.
